This evidence base has been developed to support local authorities and organisations across the home-building sector by providing access to climate-focused housing policies and the evidence underpinning them, including guidance on operational and embodied carbon. It also includes supporting materials such as legal advice and technical reports.
All documents featured are publicly available and remain the responsibility of the relevant local authority. While this resource is not intended to be exhaustive, it brings together some of the most progressive and up-to-date policies currently being implemented.
